I’m off to see a dear old friend and do a little heritage exploring.
I tried to get a picture of all the state welcome signs, but came up short on Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, and New Hampshire, then I took a side trip to Salem, Massachusetts.

I recently received information on my connection to the Salem Witch Trials.
My 8th great-grandmother Mary Towne Estey was hanged on September 22, 1692.
And my 8th great aunt Rebecca Nurse, Mary’s daughter, was hanged on July 19, 1692.
My grandmother Ida C Chapman Bruce is the connection.
Just another wild ride.
